Yakisoba (Japanese Fried Noodles/????) recipe - Yakisoba is pretty much the Japanese version of Chinese chow mein, but there is a certain appeal about yakisobathe ramen noodles and the sharp-flavored benishoga (picked ginger strips) make yakisoba a bright-tasting noodle dish. We love yakisoba and since we have left Japan, I make it at home in Indiana.

Chicken Curry recipe - There are many chicken curry recipes but each takes after the basics of chicken curry, adapts, and enhances it accordingly. While different version renders its distinct taste (and presentation), the underlying flavors of chicken curry are pretty much the samespicy, rich, aromatic, highly addictive, potentially aphrodisiac, and remarkably scrumptious. #malaysian #chicken

Takuan (??), also known as takuwan or takuan-zuke, is a popular traditional Japanese pickle. It is made from daikon radish. In addition to being served alongside other types of tsukemono/Japanese-style pickles in traditional Japanese cuisine, takuan is also enjoyed at the end of meals as it is thought to aid digestion.

Shoyu tamago are eggs that have been hard boiled, peeled, and then cooked in heated soy sauce so that the egg white turns brown on the outside and the egg becomes flavored by the soy sauce. They are wonderful as snacks or as an addition to a bento (a traditional Japanese lunch in a box) because they dont need any additional seasoning
